Le 16 PDC rental condos on Nuns' Island are the gateway to a new transit oriented development community. The Nuns' Island REM station, located at the foot of the project, is the new gateway to the South Shore and downtown Montreal. It operates 20 hours a day, 7 days a week, with trains running every 2.5 minutes during peak hours and 5 minutes at other times.
